San Diego, Laguna Beach, & Beyond
You're not here for a big production or perfectly posed photos. You want something real. Something intentional. Something that feels like your relationship.
In the process of planning your elopement it's easy to start wondering...
-Will I know what to do?
-What if it doesn't feel natural?
-Will our photos actually feel like us and reflect our unique relationship?
Your elopement deserves more than that!
My approach blends both film and digital photography to tell the full story of your elopement day. Digital allows me to document your day with fluidity and ease.
Film slows everything down in the best way.
When I load a roll of film, every frame matters. There's intention behind each click of the shutter. The softness of the grain and the way the coastal light melts into each frame creates images that feel unique, timeless, and alive. I'll gently guide you when you need it, but nothing is stiff or overly posed so you can be present and take in all the emotions of the day without worrying about what to do next.

I am driven by the idea that every love story deserves to be told in a way that feels authentic. Years from now, when you're looking through your photos with your grandkids, you won't just see what your elopement looked like. You'll remember how the salty air felt. How your heart was racing while saying your vows. How certain you were in that moment.
Imagine your elopement on windswept cliffs with the ocean stretching out behind you. Maybe you kick off your shoes and wander down to the sand. Maybe you read your vows to the soundtrack of the crashing waves. Maybe you take a shot before jumping in the water. Or maybe you just hold each other and take it all in. No matter your choice, you’re wrapped up in each others arms, not thinking about anything except this moment.
